Meet Dr. Constantine, your life coach for young adults

In my early university days, I struggled with ADHD and found it difficult to decide what I wanted to study. I kept dropping out of the gym, only to re-join months later, feeling like I couldn’t commit. I constantly switched social circles, and as a people pleaser, I always said “yes” to everyone, even when it didn’t align with what I truly wanted. I felt like I was living someone else’s life, just going through the motions without a clear sense of direction.

But I turned it all around. I not only graduated with high honors, but also earned a Master’s and a PhD. Today, I’ve achieved the physique I always dreamed of, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I’ve built a life I’m proud of, filled with meaningful relationships, and I’ve learned how to set boundaries. Now, I run my own business, make my own rules, and live with purpose.

As a life coach for young adults and a life coach for 20-somethings, my mission is to help young adults like you find your path. If you’re struggling with ADHD, seeking direction, or feeling stuck, I’m here to guide you toward your own transformation—just as I did with mine.
